Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Tex mocked John Cusack over a tweet critics claimed used to be ‘anti-Semitic’ Monday, asking if the “Sizzling Bathtub Time Machine” well-known person used to be “one among the freshman trio” of Democratic congresswomen who bask in previously been criticized.
In a tweet that has since been deleted, Cusack shared a cold arresting movie, writing, “follow the cash.” The cold arresting movie exhibits a hand with a Big name of David pushing down a crew of individuals alongside with a Voltaire quote, “To be taught who rules over you, merely uncover who you are no longer allowed to criticize.”
Rapidly after the tweet used to be deleted, Cusack outlined to his followers that he used to be reacting to “pro Palestinian justice” and that a “bot” used to be guilty for the submit.
“A bot got me,” Cusack tweeted. “I presumed I used to be endorsing a pro Palestinian justice retweet – of an earlier submit – it came I agree with from a special source – Shouldn’t Hold retweeted.”
Cruz, who is co-subsidized a name denouncing anti-Semitism with Sen. Tim Kaine, D-VA, slammed the actor on Twitter.

The “novices trio of Dem women” is probably going a reference to Representatives Ilhan Omar, D-Minn, Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-NY. Omar has been accused of anti-Semitism on Twitter and with remarks in condemnation of Israel. Tlaib has been repeatedly viewed with pro-Hezbollah activists and stirred up controversy while reflecting on the Holocaust as bringing her “consolation” on account of her Palestinian ancestors she claims welcomed Jewish refugees in direction of and after WWII.
